Dear SPHS Faculty & Staff,
As we near our National Honor Society (NHS) Induction, eligible candidates are able to formalize their status to NHS members with a membership fee of $20.00. We are hopeful that our faculty and staff would be interested in sponsoring candidates for this acknowledgement and commitment to educational excellence. Each of the students selected to the NHS has pursued academic excellence through persistence, dedication, and commitment to the outstanding education you provide and has thus earned their induction. Sponsoring an NHS induction for our students is in furtherance of a mentor’s contribution to academic excellence and would be a valuable acknowledgment for an NHS student. It is our privilege as educators to potentially contribute to the continued academic success of our students despite many economic hurdles preventing formal memberships.
Membership fees are being accepted within 30 days of the Induction Ceremony Tuesday April 25, 2023. Our hope is that as a community of educators, we can together donate to the Inductees so that all students who have earned this honor receive their formal induction to the NHS. Any amount you donate will go directly towards a students induction fee at 100% and a receipt will be provided to you for your generous acknowledgment of our NHS students.
Thank you for your continued support of our SPHS National Honor Society Inductees!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Groden
